Expertise: Expertise: Dr. Keith provides expert witness testimony for defendants subjected to litigation that involves environmental damages, environmental disputes and EPA compliance based on environmental chemistry. He helps defend environmental liability based on deficient environmental analytical data, inadequate QA/QC (quality assurance and quality control), poor sampling procedures, old methods, and previously accepted environmental management practices. He also provides consulting to help plaintiffs strengthen their environmental analytical data and to avoid unfavorable court decisions resulting from inadequate data submitted as evidence from environmental testing. He is a Ph.D. environmental chemist with over 35 years of experience in environmental science, environmental standards, and methods development for analysis of chemical carcinogens and other pollutants in water, air, soil, sediments, fish, etc. Dr. Keith began his career with U.S. EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) and has published over 100 books and journal articles (many of which are available from Amazon.com) on the environment.
